"I started drinking Healthy Trim around June of 2023, at that time in my life I was in my early forties working a busy full time job whilst juggling the new routine of having a son start primary school. Being constantly busy and meeting the needs of family and work, often meant that I would put my own needs and health as a last priority. On my work from home days, I noticed more and more that I was always making myself a toasted cheese sandwich, or grabbing some two-minute noodles as a fast option between meetings for my lunch, and then in the afternoon I was always rummaging through my son's lolly jar to get that sugar fix to keep me going until the work day ended.
I had been trying and hoping to fall pregnant again and understood that my body was lacking in nourishment from my diet alone. I substituted my sushi/toasted sandwich/two minute noodle lunches for a Healthy Trim shake which I learnt was packed with the vitamins and minerals I was lacking. I had one shake everyday for the next 6 months.
Things I noticed from making this change were i) I was able to make the shakes just as quickly and easily as my old lunch choices, ii) I lost a few kilos from my belly and dropped down a dress size, iii) my energy levels increased and I didn't crave as much sugar in the afternoon, iv) I had a shift in my thinking about my health and wellbeing and started to make exercise a priority, v) my body was more nourished (confirmed from post blood tests) and vi) I looked healthier in my skin and complexion and vii) I saved some money from not having to buy lunch items.
Healthy Trim shakes were the change I needed when I was unable to make a change for myself. I did end up falling pregnant at the end of that year, and I continued to use the shakes as extra meals rather than a meal replacement during this time to ensure my body was nourished. I could not recommend these shakes highly enough, especially if you are like me and make poor meal choices for your lunch or dinner. Put yourself first for once and replace that meal with a Healthy Trim shake and watch the changes unfold."
