TROPICAL MANGO SMOOTHIE
Super easy. Beautifully creamy. Refreshingly tropical.
If you’re craving something light yet nourishing, this smoothie delivers sunshine in a glass. It’s packed with goodness, naturally sweet, and perfect for warm mornings or an afternoon reset.
Ingredients
1 serve Healthy Trim Vanilla
100–200 g fresh or frozen mango
200 g yoghurt (we chose coconut yoghurt 🥥 for extra creaminess)
½ tsp turmeric
30 g chia seeds
200 ml coconut water
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Serves 1
Tastes so great, really tropical and refreshing. We added around 200 g of frozen mango, so the texture came out beautifully thick and creamy. One of our summer favourites!
