Recipe
Single Serve | Prep time: 5 mins | Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients:
- 1 sachet Healthy Trim Strawberry
- ½ cup cold water
- ½ cup ice
- ½ cup frozen banana (sliced frozen)
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- Honey (to serve)
Method:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth, stopping and pulsing a few time to release mixture if necessary.
3. Pour into bowl and top with your favourite toppings.
4. Drizzle with honey to finish.
Toppings:
Fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, mango, cacao nibs, shredded coconut, crushed walnuts, flaked almonds, pumpkin or sunflower seeds.
