Recipe

Single Serve  |  Prep time: 10 mins  |  DifficultyEasy

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 sachet Healthy Trim vanilla

Method:

1. In a medium-sized bowl or jar, combine chia seeds, vanilla powder and mix to combine.

2. Slowly add milk and whisk, breaking down any clumps.

3. Cover and leave mixture to thicken in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours or overnight.

Toppings:

Natural yoghurt, granola, fresh fruit, nuts, toasted coconut.
